Because of the different learning levels, I try to keep adults and children separate.  Most adults I teach from 6-7 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.  The style I recommend for adults is Bok Fu Quan Fa Jiu Jitsu (a.k.a Chinese Kenpo).  This class is pure Quan Fa Jiu Jitsu up until Blue Belt where Jun Boa Wushu kicks in.  In the more advanced belts, the adults also begin learning San Shou.

Quan Fa Jiu Jitsu is a street self defense system that consists of nearly 200 self defense techniques, and many forms.  It is very fluid and uses a lot of tricks.  It also has Chin Na or submission techniques incorporated into many of the self defenses.

Jun Bao Wushu is a form of Wushu created by James Ibrao that takes five forms to get to black belt.  The forms are from the Hung Gar system of Kung Fu and some are over 3 minutes long.

Kuoshu San Shou is a fighting art against an experienced attacker.  Unlike Quan Fa, you are not assuming your attacker does not know any type of martial art.  The fights are between two skilled fighters where one of the attackers must show a method of defense that makes the other fighter unable to continue fighting.
